Day 5 - Schedule

I forgot to post my schedule from yesterday (Thursday).  Here it is:
6:00 am                 Core/stretch
7:00 am                 breakfast
7:45 am                 Hike Descriptions
8:00 am                 Leave for hike
11:15 am               Stretch (This is GREAT after a hike.)
12:15 pm               Lunch
1:00 pm                 Announcements
1:15 pm                 Planning Strategies
2:30 pm                 Treading (I will have to exmplain this class later.)
3:30 pm                 Total Body H2O
4:30 pm                 Ball Works
5:45 pm                 Dinner
6:15 pm                 Menu Planning (Our classes have been changed around this week.)

I burned 4,488 calories in 13 hours and 34 minutes.

FRIDAY'S SCHEDULE
6:00 am                Stretch
7:00 am                Breakfast
7:45 am                Hike Descriptions
8:00 am                Leave for Hike
11:15 am              H2O Intervals or Cardio Intervals
12:25 pm             Lunch
1:15 pm               Budget Review (Calories)
2:30 pm               Cardio Disco Jam
3:30 pm               Liquid Moves (pool)
4:30 pm               Circuit Training
5:30 pm               Dinner

I hope everyone has a GREAT day!  I am kind of sad that my time here is coming to an end but I am ready to get home to see my family!!!
