Workouts

I went to the Y yesterday and did 4.1 miles in 1 hour.  I went again today and did 4.3 miles in 1 hour.  I alternated every 5 minutes.  I walked @ 3.5 and 4.0.  Then I ran @ 5.5 (yesterday I did it @ 5.0).  I did this for the entire hour.  I did not feel that bad.  I want to run more but I need to practice for the walk in Oct.  It will be here before I know it.  I also have not raised that much money.  Only $25!!!!!  I have $2975 to go!!!!  Actually I only have to raise $2300 but I set my goal at $3000!  It can be done.  I am trying to decide if I want to take the girls walking tomorrow or if I am going to the Y in the morning.  If it is not raining and not too hot, I will walk with the girls.  Someway.....I will get it done.  I also have Spin Class at 5:30.  I am shooting for 25 miles this week.  So far, I have 8.4.  Only 16.6 miles in 5 days.  Well, 4 days because I try not to do anything on Sunday.  That is 4.15 miles a day.
