Day 4...this should be it on pics.

I made it to the van.

The chicken soup at lunch.  I added alfalfa sprouts.

My turkey sandwich.  It had a lot of turkey on it.

This isn't the best picture of me but I am with Sam from Season 9 of The Biggest Loser.  He is now a trainer at the resort.

My dinner.  The stuff on top with the ketchup is the insides of  a stuff pepper.  I didn't want the pepper.  It was groud turkey.

Made it back up to the top from around that point.  My feet got soaked because there were rocks everywhere and I couldn't outrun the water.

Day 4...finally...The Beach Hike!!

All I can say is wow!  The views were gorgeous!  I am going to have to load the pictures on several posts because I took so many.  The first pics will be of the morning and breakfast along with the day's menu.
My granola cereal with almond milk.  It wasn't bad at all.


At the start of the hike.  I was crazy and walked the beach instead of the blacktop at the beginning.  It is hard walking on sand!

Day 3...the rest of the day!

My salad.  It looks like alot of calories but it wasn't.  With the dark balsamic vinagrette, it was only 100 calories.

This was GREAT!  BBQ Chicken pizza!

Day 3...breakfast and some pics from the hike:)

Here are some pics.  They include the menu from today and some more pics from the hike.

My oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries that I had instead of the Mango Smoothie.

The coyote we saw at the start of our hike at Reagan Ranch.

We saw the M.A.S.H. site.  The Century lake site we did not go to but I found out that they filmed "Planet of the Apes" there.

I made it back to the van.  I ran the last 1/2 mile after walking almost 6!  I was beat!!
