Day 1 - Fitness Ridge

Well it is 5:40 here this morning and I am getting ready to go to "Intro to Circuit class then breakfast at 7:00.  Yes....I have already cried (alot) last night and I am sure it will come again today several times.  I questioned me being here last night again....because I am worried about what some people think not agreeing with me being here and it is making me feel guilty.  I don't want this feeling to ruin my experience....

Anyway, dinner last night was great.  I ate asparagus....it will take some getting use to....The pollenta was GREAT as well as the chicken.  We had orientation last night and I was in bed at 8:00 (10:00 in AL).  Here is a pic of dinner last night after I had already taken a bite because I forgot.

  1. Susan, Please do not feel guilty! This is a once in a life time! Just think of all the wonderful bed time stories you will be able to tell your girls. Also, if anyone is judging you, they are not your friend anyway! I am so happy for you and excited that you are getting to do this! Have a ball and I cant wait to read the rest of the week! Good luck and work hard! :)
