Day 3 - Wednesday

Here is my schedule for today.
6:00 am                Stretch (Yoga)
7:00 am                Breakfast
7:45 am                Hike Descriptions
8:00 am                Leave for Hike
11:15 am              Liquid Moves (Pool) -or-
                            Circuit (gym)
12:25 pm              Lunch
1:00 pm               1st week anouncements
1:15 pm               Lecture:  Emotional Eating (This was yesterday.
                            We will have Spending Your Calories Wisely 2.)
2:30 pm               H2O Circuit (pool)
3:30 pm               Kickboxing
4:30 pm              Mountain (This one scares me.  I don't know what it is.)
5:45 pm              Dinner
6:15 pm              Lecture:  Intuitive Eating

Busy Day today, again.  I have to go for know but I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who is reading this and leaving comments.
