Day 2 - Schedule

Here is my schedule for Day 2:
6:00 am                     Stretch
7:00 am                     Breakfast
7:45 am                     Hike Descriptions
8:00 am                     Leave for Hike
11:15 am                   H20 Circuit (pool) (This was hard yesterday.)
12:35 pm                  Lunch
1:00 pm                    Calorie Challenge (I don't know what this is....I will explain later)
1:30 pm                    Cooking Demo
2:30 pm                    Cardio Intervals
3:30 pm                    Total Toning
4:30 pm                    H2O Intervals (pool)
5:30 pm                    Dinner
6:15 pm                    Lecture:  Spending your calories wisely 2

I will post the menu for the day sometime this morning with pictures from breakfast.  The food has been good and I haven't been starving like I thought I would be.
